The database of embodied Quantity outputs (deQo) is a service provided by the MIT Building Technology Program.
Dr. Catherine De Wolf is the project head.
Serena Li, Margaret Wang, Dan Reynolds, Eleanor Pence, Jérôme Laforge, and Catherine De Wolf wrote the code and did the web design.
The methods and data structure were developed with input from the Carbon Leadership Forum in order to align with the developing Structural Engineering SE 2050 Commitment Initiative. Funding was provided as part of the LCA for Low Carbon Construction/Embodied Carbon Benchmark project funded by the Charles Pankow Foundation, Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and Skanska.
